For over 20 years, Joy Rigel has been immersed in the exploration of mind, body, and “feeling” awareness. This journey began with her own experience of living with Sensorial Processing Sensitivity (SPS), a trait that shaped her perception of the world in profound ways. Rather than viewing her heightened sensitivity as a limitation, Joy leaned into the discomfort it often brought, using it as a lens to explore the subtle, etheric realms that shape our lives. In safe spaces, she experimented with how to embrace and develop these abilities, uncovering that there is far more to human potential than we commonly understand.

Through her private practice, Joy transformed her coaching sessions into a living lab, delving into the invisible aspects of connection and energy. She discovered how deeply energy, presence, and somatic awareness influence human interactions and personal transformation. This work revealed profound truths about what it means to live fully embodied and connected to the unseen forces that unite us all.

A movement artist, advocate for embodied living, and champion of uninhibited self-expression, Joy’s work invites others to think differently about life, energy, and what it means to live in deep connection with the mystery and magic of existence. Her passion lies in helping others rediscover the power of presence, creativity, and connection—within themselves, their relationships, and the world around them.

Joy believes that as we advance technologically and navigate away from our connection to the natural world, it’s vital to cultivate these awarenesses now. By developing our sensorial awareness and our ability to sense beyond the visible, we can bridge the gap between our fast-paced world and the subtleties of our shared existence.

Inspired by her own discoveries and the transformations she witnessed in others, Joy founded Qi Haus to continue exploring these untapped abilities and to create a space where sensitivity is embraced as a gift, not a challenge. Through her nonprofit, she seeks to empower individuals, foster greater connection, and unlock new possibilities for personal and collective healing.
